PillBox helps you organize medications, dosing schedules, and refill tracking for a family member you care for. The information you enter — medication names, doses, schedules, doctors, inventory counts, and any photos you attach — is stored in your own private iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit. Bramhand Inc. has no server of its own, cannot see your data, and does not sell or share it with anyone.
This is information you choose to enter about someone in your care, not data collected automatically about you or them.
All data lives in your private iCloud account (Apple’s CloudKit), the same way Apple Notes or Reminders sync across your own devices. Bramhand Inc. does not operate a server for PillBox and cannot access, view, or download this data — Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure handles storage and sync, governed by Apple’s own privacy practices.
If PillBox adds a feature to share your data with a co-caregiver (e.g. a sibling who also fills the pillbox), that sharing will happen directly through Apple’s CloudKit sharing, only with people you explicitly invite, and this policy will be updated to describe it before it ships.
PillBox may request:
You can manage or revoke these at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security or Settings → Notifications.
PillBox is an organizational tool for caregivers. It does not provide medical advice, verify dosages, or replace guidance from a doctor or pharmacist. All medication names, doses, and schedules are entered by you and are only as accurate as what you enter.
PillBox is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. We never see any payment or billing information.
PillBox is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended for children to use.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
