By downloading or using MySleepMusic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This agreement is between you and Bramhand Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. Bramhand Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for MySleepMusic and its content. By using MySleepMusic, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Bramhand Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use MySleepMusic on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Usage Rules). This license does not allow you to use MySleepMusic on any device you do not own or control. You may use MySleepMusic through Family Sharing or volume purchasing programs as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
MySleepMusic is a paid app purchased directly from the App Store. The price is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
After purchase, all features are permanently unlocked — sleep timer, volume fade, play-forever mode, night display dimming, and music library access. There are no recurring charges and no subscription.
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, tap Restore Purchase in the app’s About tab or on the purchase screen. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at no charge on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies. Contact Apple Support at https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
MySleepMusic plays tracks from your personal music library using Apple’s on-device MediaPlayer framework. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play any content through your music library. MySleepMusic does not provide any music catalog — it plays only what you select from your own library.
MySleepMusic includes a screen-dimming feature that overlays a dark layer on the app’s UI while music plays to support sleep. This affects only the app’s own display and does not change system brightness. Use this feature responsibly and do not rely on it in situations where screen visibility is required.
Bramhand Inc. is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for MySleepMusic. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to MySleepMusic. Any questions or complaints regarding MySleepMusic should be directed to Bramhand Inc. at the contact information below.
Bramhand Inc. is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event MySleepMusic fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for MySleepMusic to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to MySleepMusic, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Bramhand Inc.’s sole responsibility.
Bramhand Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to MySleepMusic or your possession and/or use of MySleepMusic, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that MySleepMusic fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that MySleepMusic or your possession and use of MySleepMusic infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Bramhand Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using MySleepMusic. This includes the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions governing access to your music library.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bramhand Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including sleep quality outcomes or reliance on the sleep timer to stop music at a specific time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
