By downloading or using Voice Amplify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This agreement is between you and Bramhand Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. Bramhand Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for Voice Amplify and its content. By using Voice Amplify, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Bramhand Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Voice Amplify on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Usage Rules). This license does not allow you to use Voice Amplify on any device you do not own or control. You may use Voice Amplify through Family Sharing as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
Voice Amplify is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Bramhand Inc. never sees any payment or billing information.
Voice Amplify requires microphone access to capture live sound for amplification. Audio is processed on your device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. By granting microphone access, you authorize Voice Amplify to use the microphone for this purpose while the app is amplifying.
Voice Amplify is a general-purpose sound amplification tool for personal convenience. It is not a hearing aid, is not a medical or assistive listening device, and does not diagnose, treat, or provide any remedy for hearing loss or any medical condition.
Amplified audio can be loud, particularly through earphones. You are responsible for setting the volume at a safe and comfortable level. Start low and increase gradually. Bramhand Inc. is not responsible for discomfort or harm resulting from excessive volume.
Bramhand Inc. is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Voice Amplify. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Voice Amplify. Direct any questions or complaints to Bramhand Inc. at the contact information below.
Bramhand Inc. is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event Voice Amplify fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for Voice Amplify to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to Voice Amplify, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Bramhand Inc.’s sole responsibility.
Bramhand Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Voice Amplify or your possession and/or use of Voice Amplify, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Voice Amplify fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that Voice Amplify or your possession and use of Voice Amplify infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Bramhand Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Voice Amplify.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bramhand Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
